We from “at-bags advanced travelbags“ are convinced of the excellent quality of our products. Therefore, we are happy to give you a five-year warranty on all our products!
This warranty covers only processing errors,
• no damage caused by improper use (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear or improper transport (eg by airlines). Our products (except folding aid) are washable at 30 ° and do NOT tumble dry!
• For the warranty service, you need the original proof of purchase. Thereafter, the competent department decides whether the problem is covered by the guarantee of “at-bags“or not. Afterwards you will be informed, if the product will be replaced. You will bear the costs for transport to the “at-bags“-address which is given to you.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, this excludes all implied warranties. The warranty granted here is limited to the value of the product. Technical details in the production can be changed without notice. Secondary and consequential damages are expressly excluded.
• Inspect your product immediately after you have temporarily left it to others for transportation. If the product has been damaged during transit, complain to the transit company (insured for damage to your product) at the point of arrival, if possible before the goods are cleared.
• This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights, which vary by state or country, and include the exclusion or use of implied warranty, compensation for expenses of performance and consequential damages, and repair and replacement. Thus, the limitations or exclusions contained in this warranty may not apply to you.
